Job summary

BELFOR CANADA INC. is seeking a Project Manager in Toronto to oversee emergency and restoration services. You will manage residential, commercial, and industrial projects, assess damage on-site, and provide data to create estimates while communicating with clients and insurers.

Responsibilities include developing relationships with customers, attending industry events, and ensuring projects stay on time and budget. Travel and after-hours support are expected as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in construction/restoration/insurance sectors preferred.
• Sales experience in related fields incl. contract changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact with clients, adjusters and consultants.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and edit estimates per Belfor standards and SLA, including Xactimate floor plans.
• Attend job sites to assess damage and provide data for estimates.
• Represent Belfor with clients, adjusters, consultants and insurers.
• Develop business by networking at industry events and customer activities.
• Coordinate field work with subcontractors, engineers and commercial teams.
• Review invoices and ensure project billing and completion certificates are submitted.
