Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects, serve clients, coordinate subtrades, and manage margins.

You will communicate with homeowners and adjusters, oversee scope, scheduling, and on-site teams, and drive completion within budget. The role offers growth through leadership development and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly deliver truth and provide certainty to property owners in times of need.
• Proficient with a variety of current technology.
• Career emphasis on learning and continuing education.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• PM experience and certifications in water, fire, mold, trauma, and lead are assets.

Responsibilities

• Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience.
• Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R such as Net Promoter Score of 60.
• Profitably scope estimates.
• Sign projects to get started.
• Communicate and document change orders and insurance supplements.
• Ensure project completes within profit range and service level agreements are hit.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, including evening and weekend contacts for new losses.
• Participate in local community events.
• Establish relationships with business owners, insurance professionals, and TPA’s.
• Seek partnerships to improve performance of the team.

Previous project management experience is an asset, including certifications in water, fire, mold, trauma and Lead. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.
