Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration Canada is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from inspection to completion, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.

You’ll manage scopes of work, estimates, budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring safety and quality; on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance restoration, or project management.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD) are assets.
• Experience with restoration software (Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, DASH).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, estimating, and restoration practices.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Inspect properties and perform damage assessments.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, and budgets.
• Schedule technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
• Monitor timelines, costs, quality, and profitability.
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing restoration and reconstruction projects while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential and commercial restoration projects involving water, fire, smoke, mold, storm, and structural damage.
• Conducting property inspections and damage assessments.
• Preparing scopes of work, estimates, and project budgets.
• Scheduling and coordinating technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
• Monitoring project timelines, costs, quality, and profitability.
• Communicating regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters and internal teams.
• Maintaining accurate documentation using company software and project management systems.
• Ensuring projects comply with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
• Participating in an on‑call rotation to support emergency response services when required.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance restoration, or project management.
