Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisor experience in food service or hospitality.
• Willingness to relocate to Calgary or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team and ensure coverage and service levels during busy periods.
• Enforce cash handling, meal/break, and food safety policies on shift.
• Complete shift documentation and uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Demonstrate Guests-first attitude and provide exceptional guest service as a team.
• Assist Unit Manager with cost control, portion control and waste reduction.
• Train, coach and follow up with team and management to improve performance.
• Ensure best practices and training systems are applied consistently.
• Comply with applicable health, safety, and employment standards.
