Job summary

The Burger’s Priest is seeking a Supervisors at our Danforth location to lead and coach the team, ensuring ABSOLUTE service and smooth daily operations. You will open/close the restaurant, supervise shifts, and manage cash reconciliations while maintaining a positive work environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, are flexible for evenings, weekends and holidays, and hold a Food Handler Certification or are willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the team to provide ABSOLUTE service.
• Set clear expectations and follow up with the team regularly.
• Take direction and feedback from Senior Management.
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder).
• Reconcile cash deposits.
• Place orders and perform inventory counts.
• Address customer concerns ensuring guests leave satisfied.
