Job summary

Career Junction is seeking a restaurant supervisor to oversee daily kitchen and dining room operations in Saskatchewan. You will coordinate staff, ensure food quality and safety, and manage scheduling and customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, ordering supplies, monitoring stock, and preparing reports while addressing customer concerns and adhering to safety standards. An on-site, full-time role with flexible hours is available.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Fast-paced restaurant environment experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, manage schedules and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise and check assembly of trays.
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
• Establish work schedules.
