We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team!

Job Description

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest experience, aligning with our "we’ve been expecting you" philosophy. You will lead, train, and role model for your team, making business decisions focused on excellent guest service, while achieving financial and performance goals.

Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the restaurant and surrounding areas are pristine for a great first impression.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, monitor staff, address concerns, and ensure efficient service.
  • Greet guests promptly and courteously.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the menu and answer guest inquiries.
  • Ensure responsible service of food and alcohol, following all health, safety, and legal regulations.
Requirements
  • At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • ProServe certification is required.
  • Knowledge of Micros/Oracle PMS is an asset.
  • Proficient in English and tech-savvy.

Working Conditions
