Job summary

KFC Canada in the Town of Barrhead, Alberta, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee 5–10 staff, train workers in duties, sanitation and safety, and ensure high quality food and service.

The role requires a secondary school certificate and 7 months to under a year of experience in a fast food or restaurant setting. Regular evening, weekend, and overtime shifts are available, with a 35-hour workweek and permanent term.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast food or restaurant settings.
• Secondary school graduation certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
