Job summary

KFC Canada (Yum! Brands Subsidiary) in Canada is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to organize daily restaurant activities, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.

You will address customer concerns, provide frontline service, and lead a team to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. This role requires a college or short diploma, 1–2 years' experience, and a commitment to diversity and accessibility in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
