Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server (Full-Time) to deliver exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, presenting menu selections, and ensuring attentive, personalized service. You will learn our menu and beverages, confidently make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs.

This role requires flexibility across shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with wage progression built into the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have BC Serving It Right certificate.
• Must have Food Safe Level 1 certificate.
• Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have previous customer service experience.
• Must have at least one year serving experience in a hotel, restaurant or pub.
• Must have upselling skills.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge and previous experience with POS Micros system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences by accurately taking guest orders and presenting food and beverage selections.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings to confidently make recommendations.
• Prepare the restaurant for service and maintain a clean, sanitary environment.
• Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations.
• Collaborate with Restaurant and Culinary teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking a dedicated, professional,customer service-orientatedindividual to join theCloudstreet Restaurant team as a Server (Full-Time).

Restaurant Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by accurately taking guest orders, presenting food and beverage selections, and ensuring attentive, personalized service throughout each meal.In this role, the Restaurant Server will develop a strong knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, confidentially make recommendations, and anticipated guests' needs to ensure an exceptional dining experience.Other duties include preparing the restaurant for service, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with the Restaurant and Culinary teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

This position requires the associate to work a variety of shifts, including, but not limited to,early mornings, evenings, weekend and holidays.

Wage for this position starts at $19.55 per hour, after six months the wage is $22.80 per hour and after one year it increases to $26.06 per hour.
