Splitsville Entertainment is Canada’s premier family entertainment centre, offering modern 10‑pin bowling, dining, arcades, laser tag, and more. We are seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to greet guests, take orders, and ensure an outstanding experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Serving it Right certification is required.
• Passion for guest service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and deliver friendly service.
• Provide timely food and drink service according to recipes.
• Promote promotions, specials and pricing to guests.
• Record sales and ensure register accuracy at shift end.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable work areas.
• Follow safety, health, and company policies.

As a Restaurant Server, you'll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience. While this is a dynamic role and may involve supporting other areas when needed, we're especially interested if you have a passion for hospitality, customer service, and making people feel welcome. • Greet all guests with a smile
• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all time
• Be aware of all promotions, specials and current pricing
• Make drinks according to our recipes and specifications
• Provide food and drinks for guests and servers in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‑bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
• Inform guests about current menu and bowling specials and practice suggestive upselling to elevate the dining experience
• Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold
• Maintains security of all bar supplies and inventory
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests; keep manager or shift leader promptly and fully informed of all problems
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized and presentable; Exceed all Splitsville’s cleanliness standards
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book, daily bar counts, and checklists
• Other duties as required
