Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment in Calgary is hiring a Team Member who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment. You’ll deliver friendly guest service, help guests set up their bowling experience, answer inquiries, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

This role may rotate across departments, with ongoing training and opportunities to advance. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred; bowling love and team spirit are a must.

Qualifications

• A passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, clearing and resetting areas.
• Record FPS and respond to lane stop calls.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety policies.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.

A Team Member at Splitsville is a dynamic role which means you may be required to work in multiple departments, but if you have a passion for a particular area, we’d like to hear from you!

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‑bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
• Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.l>
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.
