Splitsville Entertainment Inc. in Richmond, BC, is seeking a Restaurant Server to join our team and deliver memorable guest experiences in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.

You will greet guests, mix drinks per recipes, upsell promotions, and ensure timely service while maintaining cleanliness and inventory control. A Serving it Right certificate and exceptional communication are required, with a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet all guests with a smile.
• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Be aware of promotions, specials and current pricing.
• Make drinks according to recipes and specifications.
• Provide food and drinks for guests and servers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Check in with guests to maintain satisfaction; manage drink levels and cleanliness.
• Inform guests about menu and bowling specials; upsell when appropriate.
• Record sales accurately at the register and ensure end-of-day reports match revenue.
• Maintain security of bar supplies and inventory.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and inform management of issues.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and presentable; uphold cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to company policies and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain daily operation records with log books and checklists.
• Other duties as required.

As a Restaurant Server, you'll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience. While this is a dynamic role and may involve supporting other areas when needed, we're especially interested if you have a passion for hospitality, customer service, and making people feel welcome. • Greet all guests with a smile
• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all time
• Be aware of all promotions, specials and current pricing
• Make drinks according to our recipes and specifications
• Provide food and drinks for guests and servers in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
• Inform guests about current menu and bowling specials and practice suggestive upselling to elevate the dining experience
• Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold
• Maintains security of all bar supplies and inventory
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests; keep manager or shift leader promptly and fully informed of all problems
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized and presentable; Exceed all Splitsville’s cleanliness standards
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book, daily bar counts, and checklists
• Other duties as required
