Job summary

Splitsville Bowl in Edmonton, Canada is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, fun environment. You will help guests enjoy their bowling experience, answer inquiries and stay on top of promotions and pricing.

Responsibilities include preparing food to recipes, restocking and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with shift leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience
• Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications
• Be aware of promotions, specials, and current pricing
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after service, restocking, and attending to guest needs in a timely manner
• Answer and fix lane stop calls and record FPS
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
• Maintain cleanliness and follow health and safety policies
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers
• Other duties as required

The What...

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
• Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.
