Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment is seeking a Team Member to join our fast-paced guest-focused team in Calgary. You will provide friendly, exceptional service, assist guests with bowling setups, handle phone inquiries, and contribute to a clean, inviting dining and entertainment experience.

We value flexibility with shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays, and offer ongoing training, with programs that support career growth and mental health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
• Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.
