Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a dedicated restaurant manager with a strong background in budgeting and operations to oversee daily activities in a fast-paced environment. You will lead staff, optimize costs, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires a college diploma or certificate (3 months to <1 year) and at least 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. This position is permanent and on-site in Canada.

Qualifications

• College diploma or certificate in hospitality or business
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
• Develop budgets for cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Plan and organize daily operations and staff schedules
• Recruit staff and train them; supervise performance
• Monitor revenues and labor costs and adjust staffing
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies; manage inventory
• Address customers' complaints or concerns and support events
