0864465 BC Ltd. o/a Little Caesars Pizza is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Hillside, Victoria. The role involves supervising 5–10 staff, ensuring fast, accurate service and high standards in a busy restaurant environment.

The position is permanent, full-time (30–35 hours/week) with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and overtime. Relocation costs are covered by the employer.

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising a food service team and coordinating kitchen activities.
  • Experience estimating ingredients and supplies for meals.
  • Food safety certification and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules.
