Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to balance food quality, speed, guest experience and cost control.
• Monitor weekly P&L, labour costs, and expenses; manage inventories and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC, public health and provincial standards.
• Recruit, develop and supervise staff; lead meetings and ensure effective communication.
