Job summary

A&W Restaurants in Victoria, BC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to start immediately at our Tillicum Road location. The role oversees all restaurant operations, focusing on customer experience, standards, and profitability.

Qualifications

• FOODSAFE Level 1 required; Level 2 preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training an asset.
• Proficiency in POS systems, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 Business.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations ensuring customer experience and standards.
• Develop a motivated and productive team with effective supervision.
• Manage daily P&L, cost controls, and labour planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.
• Lead staff meetings and maintain strong internal communications.
• Monitor quality, service speed, and guest satisfaction.
