You will lead a motivated team to achieve growth and profitability. Requires 3–5 years of restaurant management, FoodSafe Level 1, and a high school diploma; English is the working language.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• FoodSafe Level 1 required; Level 2 preferred.
• 3–5 years restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to ensure quality and profitability.
• Manage weekly P&L, inventory, costs, and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, and lead hourly staff; conduct team meetings.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
