• Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
• Monitoring and controlling labour costs and food costs
• Coaching staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand
• Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees
• Assisting with inventory management
• Other day-to-day operations of a fast food restaurant
