Job summary

GameTime Social is seeking a Restaurant FOH Manager for our Burlington, Ontario location to lead front-of-house operations and inspire a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold service standards, and manage private events in a dynamic social atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of restaurant leadership, strong business acumen, and a hospitality diploma or degree. Smart Serve and health/safety certifications are valued assets while working in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.
• 2-3+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry.
• 2-3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Smart Serve Certification, Food Handler Certification, Joint Health & Safety Committee Certification (considered an asset).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to achieve Human Resources objectives.
• Enforce company policies, nurture culture, and maintain the highest service standards.
• Oversee the successful day-to-day operations of private dining, corporate functions, and events.
• Resolve conflicts and implement changes to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage consumption estimates and orders with suppliers.
• Maintain budget, records, and compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
• Prioritize maintenance and repairs, focusing on guest experience and safety.
• Boost growth and sales through marketing initiatives and outstanding service.
• Foster an engaging environment where all associates are focused on delivering an authentic guest experience.
