Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Lethbridge, AB is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. The role reports to the District Manager and involves managing P&L, costs, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will lead a fast-paced team, recruit and develop employees, and drive a positive culture while delivering outstanding service to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong adherence to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&L results and control food and labour costs.
• Execute Restaurant Evaluation action plan.
• Execute Customer Feedback action plan.
• Develop skills of assistant managers and the team.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain employees.
• Keep track of inventory and place orders with suppliers accordingly.
• Ensure all Municipal and Provincial health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
