Job summary

White Spot Saanich in Victoria, BC is hiring a restaurant manager to oversee daily operations, budgeting, staffing, and customer service at our on-site location. The role starts as soon as possible and requires full-time, permanent employment.

  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Set staff work schedules
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Organize and maintain inventory
