Job summary

McDonald's North Vancouver is seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver great customer service. You will monitor staff performance, implement efficient procedures, balance cash, and ensure accurate reporting in a fast-paced setting.

With 2–3 years of management experience and a college/CEGEP education, you will drive inventory control, negotiate with suppliers, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining quality and guest

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of relevant management experience.
  • Post-secondary education in business or hospitality preferred.
  • Proven ability to supervise staff and manage cash controls.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor staff performance.
  • Determine services to offer and implement procedures.
  • Balance cash and prepare cash reports.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Cost products and services.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
