Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee budgeting, daily operations, and staff supervision at a rural site in Eastern Ontario.

You will analyze budgets, set menu pricing, and monitor revenues to manage labour costs while ensuring outstanding customer service. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a college diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

  • College/CEGEP diploma or 1–2 year program or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of related hospitality experience is referenced by tasks and responsibilities.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control and staff supervision is expected.

TASKS
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Set staff work schedules

  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
