Job summary

ONroute is seeking a capable supervisor for daily operations at our Ontario location. The role involves organizing inventory, implementing procedures, and leading a team of 5–10 staff while ensuring health and safety standards are met. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success on site.

You will collaborate on marketing initiatives and address customer concerns, while maintaining efficient, accurate, and organised operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to organize daily operations and inventory.
• Supervise a team of 5–10 people and ensure safety compliance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and MS Office applications.
