What We Are Hiring

As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the General Manager in restaurant operations, staff management, profit achievement, guest growth, and sales activities. You will assist in employee hiring, retention, and operational improvements, supervising approximately 15-20 crew members under the General Manager's guidance.

What You'll Do

1. Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports, develop solutions to meet goals
2. Assist in overseeing shifts, ensuring brand standards and guest service quality
3. Develop and coach employees on standards, policies, and guest programs
4. Support hiring, onboarding, and retaining talent
5. Develop employees through training and development plans
6. Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards
7. Demonstrate commitment to guest satisfaction and core values
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are

1. 2+ years of experience in hospitality or restaurant industry; leadership preferred
2. Effective communicator in English, both orally and in writing
3. Ability to interpret financial statements
4. Team player, collaborative, attentive
5. Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
6. Self-motivated, organized, multitasker
7. Licensed driver with reliable transportation
8. Legally eligible to work in Canada
