Popeyes Canada in Smiths Falls is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to drive operational excellence and deliver a memorable Guest experience. You will lead Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers, onboard new staff, and foster a positive restaurant culture with Cajun Hospitality.

You will analyze Food/Paper and Labour results, execute action plans, and partner with local marketing to build brand awareness in the community. Proven leadership and autonomy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Food/Paper and Labour results
• Execute REV action planning
• Execute Guest Concern action planning
• Develop skills of assistant managers
• Handles recruiting, hiring and terminating Team Members
• Responsible for ordering small-wares and maintenance requests/approvals for the restaurant
• Establishes positive culture in the team
• Partners with Local Store marketing efforts and creates Brand awareness in the community
