Job summary

Evoco Foods Inc. dba Domino's Pizza in the Vancouver area seeks an experienced restaurant/QSR manager ready to grow into a General Manager role. Candidates must have at least 2 years of restaurant/QSR management experience in Canada and be legally eligible to work here.

As a GMIT, you’ll learn to run all aspects of the Domino's restaurant, from daily operations to local marketing and P&L accountability, with a clear path to promotion and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant/QSR management experience in Canada.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations—opening/closing, service quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Assist in managing labor and food costs, monitor waste, and control inventory.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff.
• Develop team schedules, manage shift coverage, and adjust staffing based on demand.
• Lead by example—coaching staff to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Handle customer issues with effective service recovery to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Manage administrative tasks including payroll, deposits, POS reports, cash balancing, and daily paperwork.
• Monitor and analyze store KPIs and performance metrics, making improvements where needed.
• Plan and support local marketing, promotions, and community outreach.
• Progressively assume P&L accountability, budgeting, and forecasting responsibilities.
