Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Canada is hiring for a Manager-in-Training (MIT) to gain hands-on experience running store operations, leading teams, and developing the skills to advance to an Assistant Manager.

This full-time program offers exposure to customer service, inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, professional dining environment while adhering to Domino's standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform responsibilities of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Assist the Manager in leading a team of 3–30 employees during shifts.
• Learn store operations: inventory, cash control, scheduling, and people management.
• Greet customers and take orders in-store and on the phone.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Prepare products quickly and to Domino's standards.
• Maintain a clean, professional, welcoming restaurant environment.
• Model Domino's grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.

• Supporting your Manager in leading a team of 3-30 employees during shifts
• Learning to manage store operations: inventory, cash control, scheduling, and team management
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a friendly, professional attitude (in-store and on the phone)
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately
• Preparing products quickly, consistently, and to Domino's standards
• Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming restaurant environment
• Modeling Domino's grooming, uniform, and appearance standards

This is afull-time position only. Students or part-time applicants will not be considered.
