District Manager

Life as a District Manager:

  1. Work side by side with your restaurant leaders in your assigned area
  2. Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for the leadership team
  3. Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
  4. Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
  5. Build a bench of future leaders
  6. Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
  7. Be good to others. Be good to yourself!

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is:

  1. 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
  2. Available to work a five-day set schedule
  3. Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
  4. Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
  5. Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
  6. Enjoys a fast-paced environment
  7. Adaptable to new processes and systems
