Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage in a supervisory role or higher is required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• No minimum education requirement.
• Willingness to learn and continue developing leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise team members during shifts.
• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback.
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Lead by example by providing friendly and efficient service.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation for quality and consistency.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
• Help ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts.
• Place orders for products and supplies as required.
• Help prevent waste and ensure proper product rotation.
• Assist with cash management, deposits and reconciliation.
• Ensure tills are balanced and funds are handled appropriately.
• Assist with payroll and labour cost control.
• Help the restaurant achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Motivate team members to achieve productivity and customer service goals.
• Support promotions and new product launches.
• Follow and help maintain company policies and procedures.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and employment regulations.
