Job summary

McDonald's Vernon, BC, is seeking a restaurant supervisor to manage daily operations and lead a service-focused team. This permanent, full-time role requires planning, staffing, scheduling, and enforcing health and safety standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will also monitor labor costs, organize inventory, and support training and performance reviews. English required; 40 hours per week; training provided.

Qualifications

• Education: College certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
