Job summary

Kibbi is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager in Canada to oversee daily on-site activities, analyze budgets, and ensure top-tier customer service at the restaurant. You will lead cost-control, hiring, training, and scheduling to support profitable operations.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, vendor negotiations, inventory management, health and safety compliance, and participation in marketing initiatives.
