Job summary

Buster's Pizza & Donair in High River, Alberta is seeking a budget-minded professional to help analyze budgets and manage costs at our on-site restaurant.

Responsibility includes developing budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies; adjusting menu prices; planning daily operations; and maintaining inventory. A 1–2 year college credential and 7 months to <1 year experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 year college diploma or certificate required.
• On-site budgeting and cost-control experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and cost drivers.
