Job summary

iA Financial Group in Quebec is seeking a part-time REEE Technician Student to assist with the administration of RESP contracts and grants for six months. You will process daily duties, generate letters, and perform analyses and corrections to ensure accurate RESP records.

The role requires an analytical mindset, excellent written communication, and attention to detail, with bilingual English/French capabilities and a willingness to learn in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing DEC or Bachelor's degree in administration, financial services or related field.
• Analytical mindset, strong organization and sound judgment.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process daily tasks including EAP letters, jurisdiction changes, and commitment defaults.
• Generate and send letters to clients and advisors.
• Analyze RESP grant deposit files and follow up in the task management system.
• Perform non-financial RESP corrections and ensure quality control.
• Stay informed on RESP administration rules and implement approved improvements.
