The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and teamwork. CSC completion and five years of experience preferred; bilingual French is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualificações

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Business or related field is asset.
• 5 years related work experience in Registered Plans.
• CSC course completion.
• Proven ability to manage competing tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Unitrax is an asset.
• Strong experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
• Works independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; bilingual French is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of mutual fund trades and documents from institutions, dealers, advisors and investors.
• Deal with dealers, credit unions and financial institutions inquiries related to mutual fund transactions, holdings and reporting.
• Process internal and external adjustments for RESP and GRSP accounts.
• Process notional values for RESP transfer-in and transfer-out.
• Process RESPs, estates, marriage breakdown requests and bankruptcies.
• Upload, review and reconcile CESG processing files.
• Upload the QESI processing and error files.
• Monitor daily/monthly reports and queries; complete routine tasks on deadlines.
• Participate in department meetings and suggest process improvements.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and development of team members.
• Stay informed of regulatory updates and participate in strategic initiatives.
