Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Resourcing and Deployment Senior Manager, you’ll be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Working with the National Resource Management Leader, in collaboration with local Resource Management Teams, Assurance HC Teams, and Assurance Practice Leaders; supporting the execution of the current Assurance Business Strategy related to Deployment Management.
2. Maximizing resource utilization by understanding national capacity and availability, facilitating cross-site resource management considering individual skills and career development alongside client needs.
3. Leading the East Assurance Canada RM team, providing coaching and performance management, and developing Resource Managers in using financial reporting tools such as workforce planning, availability, and capacity reports.
4. Overseeing operational activities, including resourcing for complex, high-profile clients, and coaching local RM teams on best practices.
5. Supporting the implementation of key business transformation initiatives, including flexible talent, centers of excellence, and service delivery centers.
6. Building and maintaining relationships with leaders across the firm to influence and drive strategic resource management objectives.
7. Innovating data reporting solutions to enable better decision-making through storytelling with data.
8. Developing RM strategies related to headcount, mobility, and talent management.
9. Supporting the adoption of technologies like TalentLink and Workforce Planning Tools, providing oversight into RM processes, and recommending process improvements.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

• Fluency in French is required for Quebec-based roles; outside Quebec, it is an asset.
• Proven ability to support and execute resource management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Deep knowledge of resource management, staffing strategies, and resource sharing across sites.
• Leadership experience, fostering diversity, and inspiring teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex projects, especially for high-profile clients.
• Adaptability, professionalism, and integrity under pressure.
• Participation in business transformation initiatives and technology adoption.
