What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance backend systems using modern technologies.
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices, ensuring seamless integration across our platform.
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines, enabling smooth deployments.
• Work with DevOps tools to automate infrastructure and enhance system reliability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues across backend services and cloud environments.
• Enhance observability through logging, monitoring, and metrics (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team to improve security, performance, and scalability.

What You Bring to the Team

• 5+ years of backend development experience (Java, Kotlin, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• A problem-solving mindset with a startup-ready attitude—adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Bilingual (FR/EN) is a plus.
• DevOps expertise is a strong plus.
