As a Resource Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in aligning talent with opportunity - ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Working closely with technical teams and leadership, you'll help drive efficient project delivery while supporting the growth and development of our people.

Your Impact

Coordinate and assign staff to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements to enable successful delivery outcomes

Maintain accurate, real-time resource plans that provide visibility into team capacity and utilization

Monitor and adjust staffing allocations as project needs evolve, ensuring agility and responsiveness

Track employee availability, capabilities, and development goals to support effective workforce planning

Collaborate with project leaders to resolve scheduling conflicts and identify optimal resourcing solutions

Build strong relationships across teams to connect employees with meaningful project opportunities

Contribute to continuous improvement of resource management processes, tools, and reporting

The Skills That Set You Apart

1-5 years of experience in resource coordination, scheduling, or project support within a consulting or project-based environment
