Resource Management Technology Manager, Audit Operations

Overview

At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

The Workforce Optimization (Resource Management) team is part of KPMG’s National Audit Operations, focusing on centralization, standardization, and automation to support audit engagement teams. This role involves supporting business applications related to resource management, accreditation, Audit Quality Controls, capacity management, and key metrics.

What You Will Do
  • Build reports integrating tools like eQualify, GLMS, Retain, CEAC.
  • Coordinate and develop User Acceptance Testing for enhancements to Audit Workforce Tools.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among end-users, IT, the Department of Professional Practice, and project teams.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes and data flows.
  • Participate in new system implementations, ensuring requirements are met and data is analyzed.
  • Maintain Audit Workforce Tools, review statements of work, and follow up on issues and change orders.
  • Identify pain points, improve processes, and support tool usage and enhancements.
  • Provide first-level support and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Manage application administration, including access control and reporting.
  • Collaborate with RPA team for process enhancements.
  • Develop reports using PowerBI and assist with data management.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
  • Experience in UAT/QA Testing.
  • Ability to lead requirement discussions with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical info for non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Experience in professional services industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English.

This position offers a salary range of $73,000 to $109,500, with potential bonuses, based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG provides a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
