The Workforce Optimization (Resource Management) team is a vital part of KPMG’s National Audit Operations, focusing on centralization, standardization, and automation to support audit engagement teams. Workforce Optimization aims to standardize and optimize resources for our firm, clients, and staff.
The Resource Management Technology Manager will support business applications related to resource management, accreditation, Audit Quality Controls, capacity management, and key metrics. This role involves collaboration with IT, the Department of Professional Practice, end-users, and project teams, providing expert-level support to maximize the use of Workforce Management tools.
This position requires a mix of technical skills and leadership to drive tool implementation and enhancement. Creativity, questioning, and challenging the status quo are essential qualities.
This role requires fluency in English for collaboration and support within KPMG.
The salary range is $73,000 to $109,500, possibly with bonuses. Actual salary depends on skills, location, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
