The Workforce Optimization (Resource Management) team is an integral part of KPMG’s National Audit Operations Team which deploys various programs focused on centralization, standardization and automation to support audit engagement teams in performing effective and efficient audits. Workforce Optimization is about standardizing and optimizing resources for our firm, our audit clients, and our people.
The Workforce Optimization Technology Manager plays a lead role supporting the business applications tools that are related to activities such as managing resources, accreditation, Audit Quality Controls, capacity management and helping the business with key metrics.
This role involves close collaboration with IT professionals responsible for platform maintenance and implementation, the Department of Professional Practice and end-users, and will also provide expert-level support to ensure optimal utilization of all Workforce Management tools.
This is a highly visible role that requires a mix of technical acumen and team leadership skills to drive the execution of new and current tools. This person must be creative, ask questions, and be comfortable challenging the status quo.
This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG.
The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s salary within this range depends on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive, competitive Total Rewards program.
