Spirit Ridge is currently looking for a Reservation Agent to join our dynamic, unique, and diverse team!
Located on the traditional lands of the Osoyoos Indian Band, in the town of Osoyoos, working at Spirit Ridge Resort offers a unique opportunity to be in the heart of wine country. Reservation Agents handle all reservation and pre-arrival processes via phone, email, and other channels, providing exceptional guest service and responding to inquiries about reservations, on-site facilities, or local attractions. Responsibilities include managing group blocks, individual reservations, and owner reservations. This role collaborates closely with all departments to ensure guest needs are exceeded. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Reservation Agents report directly to the Revenue Manager.
Reservation Agents should be knowledgeable about resort amenities and the South Okanagan area to effectively educate guests about local attractions.
