What You Will Do

Reservation Agents handle all reservation and pre-arrival processes via phone, email, and other channels, providing exceptional guest service and responding to inquiries about reservations, on-site facilities, or local attractions. Responsibilities include managing group blocks, individual reservations, and owner reservations. This role collaborates closely with all departments to ensure guest needs are exceeded. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Reservation Agents report directly to the Revenue Manager.

Reservation Agents should be knowledgeable about resort amenities and the South Okanagan area to effectively educate guests about local attractions.

Qualifications

• High standards of excellence and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Previous front office experience and/or post-secondary education in hospitality (asset)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Opera experience is beneficial but not required
• Desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to work in an innovative, multitasked environment
