What You Will Do
Reservation Agents handle all reservation and pre-arrival processes via phone, email, and other channels, providing exceptional guest service and responding to inquiries about reservations, on-site facilities, or local attractions. They manage group blocks, individual reservations, including owner reservations. This role collaborates closely with all departments to exceed guest expectations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Reservation Agents report directly to the Revenue Manager.
Reservation Agents should be knowledgeable about resort amenities and the South Okanagan area to effectively educate guests about the region’s offerings.
You will bring:
High standards of excellence and a desire to deliver outstanding service.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Previous front office experience and/or post-secondary education in hospitality are assets. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Opera experience is beneficial but not critical.
A flexible schedule, including weekends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment are essential.
