Job summary

Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario seeks a Program Manager, Resilient Minds (Ontario) to lead planning, implementation, and growth of the program across the province from Toronto. The role involves managing Instructor Trainers, driving revenue opportunities, and coordinating training logistics with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Graduate degree (MSW, MA, MHA) preferred.
• Experience in program development and implementation in human services.
• Bilingualism (FR/EN) is a strong asset.
• Experience in training and facilitation for adults is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ontario’s first responder sector and mental health promotion is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Position the Resilient Minds program within Ontario’s context.
• Meet regularly with Deputy Chief of Programs to discuss priorities.
• Develop partnerships with first responder associations and departments.
• Identify new partnerships and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with CMHA stakeholders to engage partners.
• Develop and manage a business development pipeline and CRM use.
• Hire and oversee Instructor Trainers for program delivery.
• Deliver training with Instructor Trainers and manage program operations.
• Prepare proposals, coordinate payments, and manage client invoicing.
