Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction or restoration experience.
• Journeyperson Carpenter certification or equivalent residential construction experience preferred.
• Elite carpentry skills, including framing, finishing, doors, windows, and cabinetry.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Clear criminal record check.

As a Residential Site Supervisor, you are the boots-on-the-ground leader for our residential projects. You’ll work under the direction of the Construction PM and alongside the crew while executing elite carpentry work while directing site operations, coordinating trades, managing materials, and ensuring the homeowner’s vision becomes a reality.
