Job summary

Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a Residential Senior Manager to lead high-end landscape construction projects across Southern Ontario. You will own projects from planning through completion, guiding budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractors while building lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in residential landscape construction, proven leadership, strong drawing/layout knowledge, and proficiency with Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, and Word.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential landscape construction experience.
• Proven project management and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, elevations, layouts, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, and Word.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Relevant post‑secondary education.
• Available to work on weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate project kick-offs and construction activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Monitor project quality, safety, costs, and progress.
• Resolve issues before they affect project delivery.
• Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator.
