Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking experienced plumbers to join its residential field service team in Grimsby, Ontario. The role requires working independently on service calls, diagnosing issues, and delivering quality workmanship on each visit.

You will be part of a team focused on protecting homes from water damage, with strong emphasis on customer service and reliable scheduling for flexible field work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of paid plumbing experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete service calls independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge to protect homes from water damage while performing repairs.
• Know when work falls outside scope and should be escalated.
• Professional communication with customers and operations team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and locate sources of leaks.
• Repair toilets, faucets, sinks, shut-off valves, drains, and supply lines.
• Replace plumbing fixtures and common home components.
• Complete dishwasher and laundry appliance water connections.
• Inspect plumbing systems for additional concerns.
• Test completed repairs before closing the work order.
